It all started with a decision, not a business decision but a personal decision of being “responsible” at a teenage phase when I could have been normalizing playful times and living the day by its magical moments. “Harmonizing” my responsibilities and fun time made me also realize that not everyone has an “equal” starting point, however, we all can turn “realistic” dreams into reality by planning and taking actions.

Through out my career path, I had to work on a large spectrum of business types which was “dangerous” for recruiters and businesses, not sticking to a solid type/title. Which nowadays this perception of weakness turned to be a strength especially with its solid ground experience which made my know-hows quite healthy for a sustainable growth.

“When the why is strong, the how is easy”, connecting the right dots, securing the best tactical for each and every milestone, working with several consulting firms and also collaborating with big names in the industry made me realize that we have to use this mindset, same quality and critical thinking but to shift it to work closely on a specific need. Not necessarily a full fledge strategy and plan, yet some businesses need a certain different approach and push to fill the gap in the “dangerous zone” of stepping into a growth that might affect them in their growth on so many internal and exterior layers.
